How we work

We operate entirely on ClickUp – tasks, deadlines, communications, and deliverables all in one place. Every team member knows exactly what is expected, when, and why. We believe in clear milestones, not micromanagement.

Month 1–2

Project based and percentage compensation structured, contract-governed, with clearly defined deliverables and payment terms agreed in advance.

Month 3+

Fixed monthly salary, formalized in a comprehensive contract. All figures are agreed before engagement begins no ambiguity, no surprises.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed contracts. In your first 90 days, you will build a qualified pipeline of 30+ prospects, present Nexus Ways’ service architecture to decision-makers across Turkish, Persian, and international markets, and close your first retainer account. This is not a lead-passing role. You own the outcome.

Business Development Manager

You will identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships, agency alliances, and enterprise accounts. In your first 90 days, you will map NexusWays’ competitive position across three target markets, initiate five partnership conversations, and produce a documented expansion playbook. You will shape how this firm grows — not execute someone else’s plan.

Account Manager

You will be the primary point of contact for active clients — managing communications, coordinating deliverables, and tracking KPIs. In your first 90 days, you will fully onboard three client accounts, establish reporting rhythms, and identify at least one upsell opportunity per account. Client retention is your most important metric.

Business Manager

You will oversee the internal operating system of NexusWays — team coordination, workflow design, vendor management, and contract administration. In your first 90 days, you will audit all active delivery workflows, identify three operational bottlenecks, and implement documented solutions. When the firm scales, the infrastructure you build is what makes it possible.

Account Manager

You will run and optimise paid media campaigns across client accounts. In your first 90 days, you will audit all active Meta and Google accounts, restructure at least two underperforming campaigns, and deliver a documented ROAS improvement. You understand Istanbul and MENA audience dynamics — retargeting, WhatsApp Ads, and lookalike strategy are second nature.
SEO

Meta & Google Ads Specialist

You will own technical and off-page SEO across client accounts. In your first 90 days, you will complete full technical audits for all active SEO clients, deliver prioritized action roadmaps, and initiate link-building outreach producing measurable DA improvement. Bilingual keyword strategy (FA/TR/EN) is a genuine differentiator here not an afterthought.

Content Strategist

You will create content that converts — not content that fills a calendar. In your first 90 days, you will produce brand copy frameworks for three client accounts, deliver eight SEO-optimised articles, and establish a social content system that runs autonomously. The difference between you and a freelancer is that you think in systems, not in posts.

Brand & Graphic Designer

You will create brand identities and visual systems that clients present with pride. In your first 90 days, you will deliver complete brand identity packages for two clients, establish a reusable visual asset library for Nexus Ways, and produce campaign creative that outperforms industry benchmarks. A polished Canva template is your floor not your ceiling.
Web Development
Remote - Project → Fixed

Web Developer

You will build websites that generate revenue not websites that generate compliments. In your first 90 days, you will deliver two conversion-optimised client sites, integrate GA4 and Meta Pixel tracking as standard, and document a repeatable build framework for the firm. You build on Webflow and WordPress without hesitation, and treat CRO as a discipline, not an add-on.

If you are selected, we will reach out within 5–7 business days. The process is direct: a 30-minute online conversation, then an in-person meeting in Istanbul. No lengthy assessments, no ambiguity.
