1. Who we are

Nexus Ways, working from Istanbul, Türkiye, is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. For any question about your data, write to info@nexus-ways.com.

2. What we collect

• The contact details you enter in a form: your name and e-mail address, and if you give them, your phone number, company and role.
• The content of your message and the topic you select.
• The page you sent the form from and your language choice.
• If you book a call, the details you give to the scheduling service.

This website has no user accounts and uses no advertising cookies or analytics tracking.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare or carry out an engagement or an introduction: steps taken at your request before or under a contract (KVKK Article 5(2)(c); GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• To keep a record of our correspondence and protect our legitimate interests (KVKK Article 5(2)(f); GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Who receives it

Service providers that run this website and our communication: Web3Forms (form delivery), Zoho (e-mail), Calendly (scheduling), Google Fonts (font delivery, which receives your IP address when a page loads) and our website hosting provider. Some of them process data outside Türkiye; these transfers are made under Article 9 of KVKK. When you ask us for an introduction to a developer or an investor, we share only what that introduction needs, and only with your agreement.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a working relationship are deleted within 24 months. Records of an engagement are kept for as long as Turkish commercial and tax law requires.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, and where it applies the GDPR, you may ask us whether we process your data and for information about it; for its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; which third parties in Türkiye or abroad receive it; to correct it; to delete or destroy it, and to tell the recipients about a correction or deletion. You may object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Write to info@nexus-ways.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, in the EU, to your supervisory authority.

7. Browser storage

This website remembers your language and theme choice in your browser's local storage. It does not identify you, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

8. Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the current version.
