Investor-ready before the first meeting.

We help founders build an investment case that holds up under scrutiny: a clear narrative, a driver-based financial model and investor materials prepared for due diligence.

The Problem

Most raises stall long before the pitch.

A pattern we see often: founders spend months refining the deck while the investment case underneath stays unclear. Market sizing that does not survive a second question. Projections without drivers. A story that does not match the stage.

Investors rarely reject a deck. They reject an investment case they cannot underwrite.

Who It Is For

Built for companies with something real to raise on.

We work with a limited number of companies at a time. Each has a product in market or a clear path to one, and a team ready to engage with the numbers.

01

Pre-seed and seed founders

Preparing a first institutional round and needing materials that meet investor expectations.

02

Series A candidates

With traction in hand but a financial story that does not yet explain the next stage of growth.

03

SMEs and scaleups

Raising growth or strategic capital, often for the first time from outside investors.

04

Cross-border founders

Raising from investors in the US, UK, Europe or the Gulf and adapting the case to each market.

Engagements

Three levels. One standard of rigour.

Fixed fees, defined scope and clear deliverables. Most founders start with the audit; its findings show whether a fuller engagement is needed.

How We Engage

From diagnosis to the first investor meeting.

STEP 01

Diagnose

We score readiness across business, market, traction, team, financials and narrative, and identify what would stop an investor from proceeding.

STEP 02

Structure

We define the investment case, the model assumptions and the target investor profile before any material is produced.

STEP 03

Build

Narrative, financial model, deck and data room are built together, so every document tells the same story.

STEP 04

Prepare

Investor mapping, outreach sequencing and rehearsal for the questions your round will face.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Do you introduce us to investors?

The Executive engagement includes investor mapping and an outreach strategy. Where there is a clear thesis fit, our Investment Arm may make introductions. Introductions are never guaranteed and are made only when they serve both sides.

Can you guarantee that we will raise?

No. No credible advisor can. We improve the quality of the investment case and of the process around it. The investment decision always remains with the investor.

Which stages and sectors do you work with?

Mainly pre-seed to Series A, as well as SMEs and scaleups raising growth or strategic capital. Our focus is B2B, SaaS, AI, FinTech, PropTech and logistics.

Can we start with the audit and upgrade later?

Yes. Most engagements start with the Fundraising Readiness Audit. Its findings show whether the Investor-Ready Package or full advisory is the right next step.

How long does an engagement take?

It depends on scope and on how quickly information is available. The timeline is agreed in a one-page engagement outline before any work begins.
