Paid media measured on revenue.

Meta, Google and LinkedIn campaigns managed against return, not impressions. Tracking is in place before any spend, targets are agreed in writing, and the budget stays in your own accounts.

The Problem This Solves

Most ad budgets leak after the click.

Spend is rarely the problem. The usual causes are targeting that ignores intent, creative that is never tested, landing pages that do not convert and reporting that measures reach rather than revenue.

Engagement Levels

Three levels. From first campaign to full funnel.

Start with A1 if no ad infrastructure exists yet; go straight to A2 if you have run campaigns before. Ad spend is always paid directly to the platforms.

When Results Appear

Live in fifteen days. Measured from day one.

Tracking comes before spend, and creative is tested before budget is scaled. Return targets are set in writing once the first data is in.

  1. Days 1–3

    Accounts configured

Pixel and conversion tracking verified before any spend; baseline documented.

  2. Days 4–14

    Strategy and creative

Competitor and audience research, then creative variants and the test structure, built before launch.

  3. Day 15

    Campaigns live

A conservative initial budget with 48-hour monitoring of delivery and cost.

  4. Month 1

    Optimisation cycle

Return targets agreed in writing and a weekly optimisation cycle in place.

  5. Month 2+

    Scale what works

Results reviewed against targets and budget moved to the best-performing channels.

How We Engage

Tracking first. Budget second.

The same structure for every engagement, adapted to scope and never abbreviated. Strategy is confirmed before execution begins.

STEP 01

Account Audit & Setup

Existing accounts reviewed, tracking installed, conversion events defined and baseline performance documented.

STEP 02

Competitor & Audience Research

What competitors run, keyword research and layered audience definition. Budget and channel split agreed before spend.

STEP 03

Creative Development

Format, message and at least five variants per campaign, with copy and the test structure reviewed before launch.

STEP 04

Campaign Launch

A conservative initial budget and 48-hour monitoring, with immediate fixes if delivery or cost is off.

STEP 05

Weekly Optimisation

Return, click-through, cost and frequency reviewed weekly. Weak ads paused, strong variants scaled.

STEP 06

Monthly Report

Spend, conversions, cost per lead and return month on month, with recommendations and a strategy call at A2 and A3.

What We Measure

Reported on return, not reach.

Targets for each metric are set against your own baseline and agreed in writing at the start, rather than promised in advance.

01

Return on ad spend

Revenue generated for each unit of ad spend, the primary measure from A2 upwards.

02

Cost per lead

What a qualified enquiry costs, by channel and campaign.

03

Conversion rate

The share of clicks that become leads or sales, which tests the landing page as much as the ad.

04

Click-through rate

How well creative and targeting earn attention.

05

Frequency

How often the same people see an ad, to manage fatigue.

06

Revenue attribution

Which touchpoints contributed to revenue, measured at A3 through multi-touch attribution.

Performance commitment

At A2 and A3, return or lead-volume targets are agreed in writing before the engagement begins, based on your industry, budget and funnel. Results are reported against them every month; if they are not met, the strategy is revised with you and the reasoning documented.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Do I pay the ad spend to you?

No. Ad spend is paid directly by you to the platforms, under your own accounts and visible to you at all times. Our fee covers strategy, creative, management, optimisation and reporting.

Is there a minimum ad budget?

Yes. Each level has a minimum monthly spend so that the data is meaningful. It is confirmed during scoping, based on your market and goals.

Should I start with A1 or A2?

A1 is for businesses with no working ad infrastructure. If you have run campaigns before, A2 usually produces more structured results from the first month.

Which platforms do you manage?

Meta and Google at every level, with LinkedIn and TikTok available at A2 on request and included at A3.
