CRM, workflow automation and AI-assisted content, built so that every lead is captured, followed up and reported without manual effort, and your team spends its time on decisions rather than data entry.
Most companies already have the tools. What they lack is the connection between them: leads that fall between the form and the follow-up, data held in spreadsheets and reports assembled by hand.
Select a symptom to see how we address it.
Engagement Levels
Three levels. From audit to an operating layer.
Start with an audit if the current setup is unclear; go straight to the build if the gaps are already known. Each level is scoped per company and tool stack.
AI1 · Audit
Automation Audit
A review of how leads, data and work move through the company today, and a ranked plan for what to connect, automate and stop doing by hand.
One-time7–10 days · Fixed scope
Best forCompanies that sense time is being lost but cannot yet say where.
Pipeline stages, ownership and qualification fields
Lead capture from website, ads, WhatsApp and email
Automatic routing and owner alerts
Follow-up sequences and task automation
Dashboards for pipeline, sources and conversion
Team training and full documentation
60 days of support after launch
AI3 · Operate
AI Operations Layer
Everything in the build, then run and extended month by month: AI-assisted content and reporting, lead scoring and new automations as the business changes.
MonthlyThree-month minimum · Monthly review
Best forCompanies that want the infrastructure maintained and improved, not built once and left.
Select a level to highlight it. Scope is confirmed in writing before work begins.

When Results Appear
From audit to a working system in weeks.
A typical build timeline. Nothing goes live until it has been tested against real scenarios and your team has been trained on it.
Week 1
Audit
Tools, data flows and the lead journey mapped, with the gaps ranked.
Weeks 2–3
Design
Pipeline stages, ownership, fields and automation logic agreed in writing.
Weeks 3–5
Build
CRM configured, sources connected and automations built on a test environment.
Week 6
Launch
Tested against real scenarios, then launched with training and documentation.
Monthly
Improve
What runs, what breaks and what to automate next, reviewed every month.
How We Engage
Designed with your team, not around it.
The same structure for every engagement, adapted to scope and never abbreviated. Strategy is confirmed before execution begins.
STEP 01
Discovery
How leads arrive, who handles them, which tools are in use and where time is lost.
STEP 02
Audit & Roadmap
The current setup mapped and the opportunities ranked by time saved and revenue impact.
STEP 03
Design
Pipeline, ownership, fields and automation rules agreed before anything is built.
STEP 04
Build & Test
Configured and connected in a test environment, then tested on real scenarios.
STEP 05
Launch & Training
Go-live with your team trained and every workflow documented.
STEP 06
Review & Extend
Monthly review of performance, failures and the next automations to build.
What We Measure
What changes, measured.
Targets for each metric are set against your own baseline and agreed in writing at the start, rather than promised in advance.
01
Speed to lead
How quickly a new enquiry receives a first response.
02
Lead capture rate
The share of enquiries that reach the CRM with source and owner attached.
03
Pipeline visibility
Whether every open opportunity has a stage, an owner and a next step.
04
Hours reclaimed
Manual work removed each month by automation.
05
Source attribution
How many customers can be traced to a channel and campaign.
06
Reporting time
The effort needed to produce weekly and monthly reports.
✓
Performance commitment
Baselines are measured during the audit, and targets for response time, capture and reporting effort are agreed in writing before the build begins. After launch, results are reviewed against them and documented.
Before and After
The same lead, two different journeys.
Switch between the manual process most companies run today and the same journey once the infrastructure is in place.
ManualAutomated
01A form is submitted and lands in a shared inbox
02Someone copies the details into a spreadsheet
03Follow-up happens when someone remembers
04The lead's source is unknown
05A report is assembled by hand at month end
01The lead is created in the CRM and scored on arrival
02The owner is alerted on WhatsApp or email within minutes
03A follow-up sequence starts automatically
04Every lead carries its source, campaign and stage
05The dashboard updates itself, every day
FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
Which CRM do you work with?
HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho are the most common. We prefer to build on tools you already own where they fit, and recommend a change only when the current tool is the constraint.
Do we need to replace our existing tools?
Usually not. Most of the value comes from connecting and configuring what you already have. The audit shows what to keep, what to connect and what, if anything, to replace.
How do you use AI in content and reporting?
As an assistant inside a defined workflow: drafting, summarising and structuring, with a person reviewing every output before it is used. AI does not publish or send anything on its own.
Do you cover ERP and advanced automation?
Not as a standard engagement yet. ERP integration and more advanced automation are planned additions; if you need them now, we will tell you during discovery whether we can help or who should.
Who owns the accounts and data?
You do. Every account is created in your name, and all data, workflows and documentation remain yours.
